But the downside is that our work will be paid. And how often have my students in schools, kindergartens, nursing homes, etc. to hear: "You are welcome to volunteer work pay, but we can not work." Second, I am also a mother and granddaughter and would like for my family reasonable care. These include basic and further educated teachers and guidance staff. Not paying just a little for kindergarten, primary care and the nursing home, so you can fully expect that either external experts are used, or (which of course is the better way) the employees already attend regular training. Then it would be desirable that the staff prepared are to invest themselves means to further training. But even here there is this mentality: I only do what it says and my employer paid. But an education is important for some activities after all!
