Second, I am also a mother and granddaughter and would like for my family reasonable care. These include basic and further educated teachers and guidance staff. Then it would be desirable that the staff prepared are to invest themselves means to further training. But even here there is this mentality: I only do what it says and my employer paid. Certainly there are many more, but that's already a start. I would not settle hereby make volunteering. Volunteering is of course very important. But an education is important for some activities after all! Unfortunately, some people think, because in the free health professions no state regulations That there are also carry out any work and the knowledge can read up. Because we always need more "awareness training" and make the difference between us and others make clear.
