New Doctor To Practice Welcome Sign

The 10-minute success ...


... is the slogan for the Power Plate. In the last 4-FIT seminar we were able to park in the sport Wuppertal convince them that it was not quite that simple.

My personal view of the Power Plate saw something like this: It is very comfortable on the device that vibrates strongly and so training the muscles. Zero effort, maximum success. We had to quickly learn that it is quite different.

It is actually only once on the device to warm up to 60 seconds. The vibration from the outside as not so visible, barely audible, to recognize but most exercises on the muscle work. For the user, however, the 30-second exercises ever pull such as chewing gum, while the muscles literally run hot. Especially hated was the lunge-exercise (see above). By the vibration almost all muscles are trained. The technologies of space technology for the prevention of muscle loss in space and is already 50 years old.

Our coach Sven gave his best to motivate us 8 women, but also to pester, the particularly sporty and lecturer; o)! As compensation we got to the conclusion of a power plate massage, which was of course much too short.

addition to testing the Power Plate Studio were also the concept and the training on the program.
Since the movement seminar (not more, o)) good reason to say so, it went out the next day in the park where we tried about a football-playing family, to coordinate Nordic walking poles, arms and legs. Most successful really quickly really good.
