a good overview of course management Ulrike Sammer in her book "Relaxation mediate successfully" (ISBN 978-3608890129). She herself is as a therapist for many years, courses on progressive muscle relaxation, the book content but can be easily transferred to other courses. Topics will include: setting, conditions, contraindications, problems, etc. I find this book not only for Beginner good, but also for "old hands" properly it can use to speak to supervision. The new version can cost € 18.90, but with various vendors of used books to save a few euros.
